Tell

Usage: tell <npc> <text>
       tell <player> <message>

Direct speech at a specific NPC in the room or send a private message to an online player. When you tell an NPC something, they may answer based on known topics, standing, or quest state. When you tell a player something, only you and the recipient see the message.

Example:
  > tell Maren I just arrived in the city.
  > tell Arden Watch your back in the ruins.
