Encumbrance

Your carrying capacity is based on your attributes. As you carry more weight, you become encumbered:

  Light -- No penalties
  Moderate -- Each room traveled costs 2 stamina
  Heavy -- Each room traveled costs 5 stamina
  Overloaded -- Cannot move

Containers with weight reduction can help manage your load. Pack excess items into those containers or drop them.
